Description: The course covers:

  • background on Buddha and 4 noble truths;
  • reflection on suffering;
  • cause of suffering;
  • end of suffering; and
  • the way to the end of suffering.

Sessions will include, reading, discussion and guided meditation.

Location; Canterbury CT1, close to Wincheap Park and Ride.
