Main Programme of Courses and Activities

Canterbury & District u3a runs a large number of courses (over 130 at the last count!) in a wide range of categories:

How to choose a course

Our Main Programme of Courses and Activities 2026/27, including the details of all courses starting between September and the following Easter, is now available . For details please refer to our online Course Finder 2026-2027. The full Programme (in PDF format) is emailed to members in early June every year. The programme includes information about how to pay course fees, as well as how to book your chosen courses. Members are kept fully informed of any changes to the programme throughout the year.

Please note that the online Course Finder does not include the contact details and locations of courses that are held in tutors' or hosts' private homes. If you are not yet a member, you will be emailed the full current programme on joining. If you are an existing member and did not receive (or have lost) the programme sent to you, please email Course Administration to request a new copy,

How to book a course

Bookings for the 2026/27 Programme open on 2nd July 2026. To book a course you must first be a member of Canterbury u3a. Bookings are made via our course bookings website. If you are not yet a member you can join here.
