  • Welcome.
  • Apologies for absence.
  • Acceptance of 2025 AGM minutes.
  • Matters arising.
  • Finance report followed by a Resolution to approve the External Examiner’s Report, Consolidated Balance Sheet and Financial Statement.
  • Resolution to approve the proposal to maintain the annual Subs at £20 and maintain the course fee at £1.00 per session for all courses booked in the Main Programme 2026/7.
  • Resolution to approve the appointment of Sue Asser as the Independent Financial Examiner for 2026/7.
  • Chair’s address, followed by a Resolution to endorse the Trustees’ Annual Report for the year ending 31st December 2025 (circulated in advance on the u3a website)
  • Election of Committee members ‘en bloc’.
  • Election of new Committee members.
  • Re-Election of Keith Watson and Angela Tippett as committee members as they have served more than 6 years on the committee
