| Description: | We will consider the other in the work of Aristotle, De Beauvoir and Wittgenstein. In the second term, participants will lead sessions on this theme, drawing on a topic of philosophic interest to them. Examples are: The other in the monastic tradition; the other as animal. This course is more suitable for those who have studied philosophy or a related subject before. |
