| Description: | This course is in two parts – you can sign up for either or both. This part focuses on the application of psychology theory to current issues in health, and in social behaviour. This will include how we make decisions affecting our health, e.g. weighing up the pros and cons of treatments, and adhering to medical advice, and then we will examine explanations of current and changing attitudes to other groups, e.g. immigrants . Discussion will be encouraged. |
