Description: This course is in two parts – you can sign up for either or both. This part focuses on the application of psychology theory to current issues primarily in the area of personality and behaviour. This will include asking who believes ‘fake news’, consideration of whether optimism or pessimism is best for our health, behavioural change following the pandemic, and the potential effects of climate change on human behaviour. Discussion will be encouraged.
