| Description: | This group will consider Britain and the world in the 1930s, from the Wall Street Crash of 1929 to the outbreak of WW2 in 1939. The group is for members who are willing to research and present a topic of their choice from the period. Possible topics could be FDR’s New Deal, the rise of Fascism, The Spanish Civil War, developments in technology or the Arts. |
